1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:
- The product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The return request is made within 48hours of delivery.
Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased during clearance sales or with discount codes (unless damaged or defective).
- Products that show signs of use, washing, or alteration.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at mysteryviewofficial@gmail.com within 48hours of receiving your order.
- Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach a photo of the product (if defective/damaged).
- Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization with the return shipping address.
4. Return Shipping
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Mystery View will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind, size issue), the customer must pay the return shipping cost.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after confirmation.
6. Exchange Policy
We allow product exchanges for size or color (subject to stock availability). If the desired item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
- Check with your bank or payment provider first.
